Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): Calculated at checkout
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Calculated at checkout
- Free Standard Shipping on all US orders over $75
Domestic Shipping We currently ship to all 50 US states. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays VitalDrop is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
